BenQ: An Early Adopter of LightScribe

Well-known as an optical drive maker, BenQ was an early adopter of LightScribe technology. They also manufacture LightScribe media, including both LightScribe recordable DVD discs and recordable CD discs.

The premiere BenQ drive supporting LightScribe is the BenQ DW1625 (a dual-layer DVD burner). LightScribe is also available in the newer DW1655 DVD drive.
