Microlite Supports Iomega REV Drive for Linux

The Iomega REV drive offers 35GB removable storage that is smaller than a deck of cards. Microlite has announced that their Linux product, BackupEDGE 2.0 will support the drive, making it easy for Linux users to plug in the Iomega REV drive and use it for data backups.

Although this is a Linux announcement, the more broad acceptance Iomega's REV drive gets, the better chance it has of ever becoming a standard accessory for Windows machines. Every little bit helps!

You can read the entire press release on Microlite's website.
